All Sales Are Final

Due to the handcrafted nature of our jewelry and the uniqueness of natural gemstones, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

Include the following in your message:

Clear photos of the item

Photos of the packaging

Your order number

Once reviewed, we will determine whether the item qualifies for a replacement or repair. Items must be unused and in original condition to be eligible.Repairs

If a piece breaks due to normal wear within 30 days of purchase, we may offer a complimentary repair.

After 30 days, repair fees may apply depending on materials and labor.

Natural Gemstone Variations

All gemstones are natural and may vary in color, pattern, shape, and texture. These variations are normal and are not considered defects. Refunds or exchanges will not be issued for natural stone differences.

Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.

Customers must contact the carrier directly for claims regarding lost or stolen packages.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer are not eligible for refunds or replacements.
