1. Order Processing
All orders are processed in the order they are received.
Please allow 2–4 business days for processing before shipment.
Custom or made‑to‑order pieces may require additional time.
2. Shipping
Orders are shipped via standard carriers (USPS, UPS, or FedEx).
Shipping times vary based on location, typically 3–7 business days within the U.S.
Once an order is shipped, tracking information will be provided.MS Stone Jewels is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, or incorrect addresses provided by the customer.3. Returns & Exchanges
Due to the nature of handcrafted jewelry, all sales are final.
Exchanges may be considered only for items that arrive damaged or defective.
Any issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.
Approved exchanges must be returned in unused, original condition.
4. Repairs
If a piece breaks due to normal wear within 30 days of purchase, a complimentary repair may be offered.After 30 days, repair fees may apply depending on the materials and labor required.
5. Product Variations
All gemstone pieces are handcrafted and made with natural stones.
Variations in color, pattern, and texture are normal and part of the stone’s natural beauty.
These variations are not considered defects.
6. Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.
Once processing begins, cancellations cannot be guaranteed.
7. Lost or Stolen Packages
MS Stone Jewels is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.
Customers should contact the carrier directly for claims regarding lost or stolen packages.

Customer information is used solely for order processing and communication.
